HEY, I'M DEEPANSHU.

i work with early stage founders on growth marketing and SEO via fraction - doing things that don't scale until you find what does, then building predictable lead engines around it.

previously head of growth at play (acq. Meta AI). took organic traffic from 62K to 903K monthly.

they're calling it GTM engineering. i've been doing it for years.

on the side, i'm building my own version of turing's garden - a collective of chronically online builders who ship actual profitable products together, while having fun.

  • compute.cafe - craigslist for GPU compute

i treat each project like an asymmetric bet. some pay off, most don't - the graveyard's bigger than this list, and i'm fine with it.
